According to the latest information reflected in Ankara's political circles, following the announcement of the minimum wage hike rate as 49 percent, a similar rate of increase will be applied to pensions in the new year.

Takvim Newspaper Economy Manager Faruk Erdem and Social Security Institution (SGK) expert Mert Nayır stated that the raises for pensioners would also be in the range of 47-48 percent, and that this would be rounded up to 50 percent.
