New price hikes announced: Fees, communication tax, diesel, gasoline
The communiqué regarding the amendment to the general communiqué on the implementation of the departure fee for travel abroad, prepared by the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, has been published in the Official Gazette.
With the communiqué prepared by the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and published in the Official Gazette, the departure fee for travel abroad has been increased from 710 liras to 1,250 liras. The new regulationwill come into effect on January 1, 2026.

The Special Communication Tax has been set at 700 TL. The specific SCT on gasoline and dieselincreased by 6.95 percent. This amounts to 1.16 for gasoline and 1.08 for diesel. There was an increase inSCT (Special Consumption Tax).
