The Competition Authority's minimum administrative fine has been calculated based on the revaluation rate. The fine amount, which will be valid in 2025, has been set at 241 thousand 43 TL, and the decision has been published in the Official Gazette.
The increase in the Competition Authority's minimum fine amount has been published in the Official Gazette.
With the communiqué published in the Official Gazette, the lower limit for administrative fines, as regulated in the first paragraph of Article 16 of the Law on the Protection of Competition, has been increased based on the 2024 revaluation rate of 43.93 percent.
Accordingly, the minimum fine amount has been set at 241 thousand 43 TL.
The decision will be valid from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
