Meteorology announces: Scorching heat continues, provinces expecting rain identified

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the northeastern parts of our country and the Mediterranean will be partly to, at times, very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected in the Taurus Mountains region of the Mediterranean, the Eastern Black Sea coast, the surroundings of Ordu, Artvin, Kars, and Ardahan, and the eastern part of Samsun, while other areas are expected to be mostly clear and sunny.

Air temperatures are expected to rise slightly in the interior and southern regions, remaining above seasonal norms.

The wind is expected to blow generally from the north, and from the south in the southeastern parts and the Mediterranean, light to occasionally moderate.
