According to forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern parts of our country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and thunderstorms expected in the northeast of Marmara, the Western Black Sea, the coasts of the Central Black Sea, the Eastern Black Sea, the northeast of Eastern Anatolia, and the inland parts of the Eastern Mediterranean.

The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Rize, Artvin, Ardahan, and Kars. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in the south of Marmara, the Aegean, the Eastern Mediterranean, the north of Central Anatolia, and the west of Eastern Anatolia, and from southerly and southwesterly directions in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia and the east of Southeastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to hover 1-3 degrees below seasonal norms in the northeastern parts of the country, while continuing to remain above normal in other areas.

It is expected to be partly and slightly cloudy, locally very cloudy, with local rain and thunderstorms expected in the surroundings of Istanbul, Kocaeli, and Sakarya after the morning hours. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in the south of the region.
