3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
250 g (1 cup) whipped cream

PREPARATION OF 'YOUNG GIRL'S DREAM'

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the chocolate with 3 tablespoons of water over low heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Once the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth, add the sugar and cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the unsalted butter to the chocolate mixture little by little and incorporate it thoroughly.
