Making cinnamon pumpkin cake has become popular recently. We have compiled the ingredients and preparation for cinnamon pumpkin cake for you.

Cinnamon Pumpkin Cake Ingredients:

•3 eggs
•1 cup granulated sugar
•1 cup vegetable oil
•Almost 1 cup pumpkin puree (the recipe for the puree is in my previous content)
•1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•1 packet vanilla powder
•1 packet baking powder
•2 cups flour

For the cream;

•1 box labneh (200 ml)
•2 tablespoons powdered sugar
•2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
•I also used 1-2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree in addition to the cream (optional)

Cinnamon Pumpkin Cake Preparation:

We start by whisking the eggs and sugar until they turn white. Add the vegetable oil and pumpkin puree to the foamy mixture and whisk a little more.

Once the liquids are completely homogeneous, add the flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder and mix well.

Pour the cake batter into a greased mold and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat). Bake for an average of 30 minutes without opening the oven door. You can check if it is cooked by doing a toothpick test.

For the cream, it will be enough to whisk the labneh and powdered sugar with a mixer.
