New detentions in Antalya Metropolitan Municipality investigation
Serkan Temuçin and Çağrı G., who were previously released after becoming informants in the bribery investigation, have been detained again.
A new detention order has been issued for two individuals as part of the ongoing investigation into the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.
Following instructions from the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, teams from the Provincial Police Department's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch detained former Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Serkan Temuçin and businessman Çağrı G.
It was stated that a new arrest warrant was issued for the suspects on the grounds that they did not fully disclose what they knew, despite having previously become informants as part of the bribery investigation.
Serkan Temuçin and Çağrı G. are expected to be referred to the courthouse following their processing at the police station. Both individuals had previously been released under judicial control conditions on the grounds that they had become informants in the investigation.
