Cem Yılmaz exposes brand after 43,000 TL lamp order arrives broken

Famous comedian Cem Yılmaz reacted to a well-known brand in a post on his social media account.

Yılmaz, who ordered a lamp for 43,000 TL, wanted to return the product after it arrived broken. When his complaints were ignored, Yılmaz exposed the brand's name.

The famous comedian used the following expressions in his post: 

"This broken lamp arrived at the house almost 20 days ago... I sent it back physically and asked, they said no, create a record online... we said okay... I created a record on the @beymen app, no one called or asked. I said the lamp is 43,000 lira, patience... I emailed @Bakaracollection, they said no, we check it and put it in the box! In other words, they are saying, 'Mr. Cem, you broke the lamp, stop with the return excuses now'.... I, in your presence, congratulate these friends who caused 43 million in damage to their brand for a 43,000 TL lamp and wish them continued success."

While specifically noting that he bought the product with his own money, Yılmaz said that while brands pay attention to people who advertise with social media tags, people who try to receive service by paying money are 'forgotten'.
