It has been learned that Sezen Aksu, one of the most important names in Turkish music, was admitted to a private hospital in Nişantaşı, Istanbul, last week.
According to the report by Magazin Burada, a biopsy was performed on Aksu as part of a health check-up, the reason for which was not specified. A biopsy is known as the collection of samples from suspicious tissue, cells, or fluid for diagnostic purposes.
It was reported that Aksu, who was discharged after her procedures at the hospital, is in good health and is currently resting at home.
