Master presenter Erkan Yolaç passed away on May 16 at the hospital where he was receiving treatment.

The famous presenter's wife, Asuman Tuğberk Yolaç (72), who had been receiving cancer treatment for some time, lost her life on June 2.

Yolaç, who continued her career as a model and fashion designer for women's clothing after being crowned Miss Turkey in 1970, was laid to rest in the family cemetery at Zekeriyaköy Cemetery following the noon prayer held at Levent Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa Mosque.

According to the report in Milliyet, Asuman Tuğberk's son did not attend the funeral due to health issues. The daughter of the former beauty queen, Göksu Yolaç, accepted condolences.

The funeral was attended by the couple Perran Kutman and Koral Sarıtaş, Attila Atasoy, Ragıp Savaş, and Ali Sabancı, as well as numerous figures from the worlds of art, fashion, and business.

WHO IS ASUMAN TUĞBERK YOLAÇ?

Asuman Tuğberk Yolaç was born on November 30, 1951, in İzmit. After being crowned Miss Turkey in 1970, she continued her career as a model and fashion designer for women's clothing.

She founded Yolaç AŞ with her husband Erkan Yolaç, whom she married in 1976. She also served as the producer of the Erkan Yolaç Show for many years.

Asuman Tuğberk Yolaç passed away on June 3, 2024.
