A video in which businesswoman and influencer Dilan Polat’s sister Sıla Doğu confessed to using cocaine and hurled insults during a live broadcast had become a trending topic on social media.

Making a statement on Instagram, Doğu had claimed that the video in question had been filmed previously.

RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL

Social media influencer Sıla Doğu was detained by teams from the Narcotics Crimes Investigation Bureau at her home in Beykoz the previous evening due to the video in which she said she used cocaine.

Doğu was released by the 3rd Criminal Court of Peace at the Beykoz Courthouse under judicial control conditions.

According to the report on 12punto.com.tr; having regained her freedom, Sıla Doğu headed straight to her sister Dilan Polat and her family.

Dilan Polat stated, "God is with those who are patient. Justice has been served. God will hold those accountable for the fear Sıla experienced and the pain I have endured. We are not terrorists or loan sharks. I hope you put an end to these dirty allegations."
