Frightening fire in a 3-story building: Trapped woman rescued
A woman trapped in a fire that broke out in a building in the Menteşe district of Muğla was rescued by firefighters. The apartment sustained damage following the fire.
A fire broke out for an as-yet-undetermined reason on the second floor of a three-story building located on Pazar Street in the Orhaniye neighborhood of Muğla's Menteşe district. Upon receiving reports of the fire, fire, medical, and police teams were quickly dispatched to the scene.

A woman trapped in the building due to heavy smoke was successfully evacuated from the apartment's balcony with the help of the fire department's ladder truck. The woman, who was in a state of great panic after being rescued, hugged the firefighter who saved her and did not let go for a long time, bursting into tears as she said, "Put out the fire, as long as nothing happens to anyone."

The woman, who received initial medical intervention from paramedics, was subsequently taken to the hospital. As a result of the intensive efforts of the fire crews, the fire was brought under control and extinguished, though the apartment sustained significant damage.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
