Horror at the hospital: He killed the woman he argued with, then shot himself

The incident took place at the Afyonkarahisar State Hospital. According to the information obtained, a 51-year-old man named Mustafa A. argued in the hospital corridor with 37-year-old Derya Kozak, who worked in the cafeteria and with whom he allegedly had a relationship.

The man then opened fire on the woman with a handgun he had brought with him. Mustafa A. then shot himself with the same weapon.

Following the incident, both Kozak and Mustafa A., who pulled the trigger, were critically injured and taken into surgery at the hospital. Despite medical intervention, Kozak could not be saved, while Mustafa A. was admitted to the intensive care unit.

Following the incident, numerous police teams were dispatched to the area. The teams conducted a detailed investigation at the scene within the hospital where the incident occurred. While the investigation into the incident continues, the police have also launched a detailed inquiry into how the weapon was brought into the hospital.
