Mother and son found covered in blood! Rushed to intensive care

The incident occurred in a two-story house on 85088 Street in the Çukurova neighborhood of the central Toroslar district. According to the information received, screams were heard from the house where the mother, H.Y., and her 4-year-old son, A.T.Y., were staying, some time after the father had left for work. Neighbors who heard the noise rushed to the house. Seeing the house covered in blood, the neighbors called the 112 Emergency Command Center. The center dispatched police and medical teams to the area. Medical teams transported the mother and child to the city hospital by ambulance. The police took security measures in the area and launched an investigation into the house.

THEIR DAUGHTER WAS KILLED IN A SCHOOL RESTROOM 2.5 YEARS AGO

On the other hand, another painful detail regarding the family has emerged. It was learned that the family's 13-year-old daughter was killed by a student at school 2.5 years ago.

That tragic event took place on December 30, 2022, in the restroom on the ground floor of Hüseyin Özer Merzeci Secondary School in the Okan Merzeci neighborhood. 13-year-old 7th-grade student Fatma Nisa Y. was stabbed and beaten to death by a female student named H.D.

CHILD'S CONDITION IS GOOD, MOTHER'S IS CRITICAL

According to initial information, the 38-year-old woman, who was reportedly unable to recover and was suffering from psychological problems following her daughter's death, first slightly injured her son with a sharp object and then attempted suicide by harming herself.

It was reported that the child, who is undergoing treatment at the hospital, is in good condition, but the mother's life is in danger.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
