Murat Ağırel responds to Kılıçdaroğlu's media criticism

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was temporarily appointed to the position of CHP Chairman, made headlines with his criticisms of the media during a meeting with journalists over the holiday. Kılıçdaroğlu accused media outlets of lacking impartiality, stating, "I know very well that the media is broadcasting in a one-sided manner. The media should provide accurate information to the public. If it consults one side, it must also consult the other."

Following these remarks, journalist Murat Ağırel made a statement on the matter via his social media account. Ağırel emphasized that they had invited Kılıçdaroğlu to be a guest on the "Tatava Yok" program broadcast on their YouTube channel, but received a negative response.

Ağırel used the following expressions in his statement:

"Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu complained that the media is broadcasting in a one-sided manner. We invited him to the 'Tatava Yok' program, prepared and presented by Şule Aydın on Onlar TV, but we received a negative response. It is already impossible to reach his press advisor. Because TGRT is being used like a press release. None of the deputies around him, except for one, responded either. Then, the criticism of 'biased broadcasting' comes."
