Erdoğan leaves question regarding alleged meeting with Kılıçdaroğlu unanswered in Parliament
AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan did not respond to a question directed at him in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) regarding allegations of a meeting with Kılıçdaroğlu.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan left a question regarding former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu unanswered at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, where he had gone for his party's group meeting.
As he was leaving Parliament, a journalist reminded Erdoğan of his previous assessment that “We are not a party to the power struggle within the CHP” and asked about allegations that Kılıçdaroğlu had been in contact with the government.
During the question, Erdoğan turned to someone next to him and said, “Slowly, slowly. Save your shoes first.”
Despite the journalist repeating the question, “There are allegations that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has been meeting with the government. What is your assessment? Have you met with Kılıçdaroğlu?”, Erdoğan continued on his way without making a statement.
