Murat Kurum adds to his asset disclosure
Murat Kurum, the candidate for Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, has made a new statement regarding his assets.
One more house has been added to the assets of Murat Kurum, the AKP Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality mayoral candidate for the People's Alliance.
Speaking during a KRT broadcast, Kurum said the following regarding his assets:
"I have one house in Ankara. We also have another house in Istanbul. We also have a house in Bahçelievler where my parents-in-law reside. Additionally, we have one car. We have both some money and some debt. We have no concerns regarding our assets. Just like our mother's pure milk, our assets are also halal (legitimate)."
In a television broadcast one month ago, Kurum had stated that he only owned one house in Istanbul.
