Müslim Sarı's 'copy-paste' reaction to the Üsküdar operation
Müslim Sarı's post reacting to the operation against Üsküdar Municipality has become a topic of discussion due to its similarity to his previous statement regarding İzmit.
An operation was conducted against Üsküdar Municipality over allegations of "irregularities in building permit and occupancy permit processes."
Within the scope of the operation, 6 people, including Mayor Sinem Dedetaş, were detained.
Müslim Sarı, a spokesperson for the CHP, made a statement on his social media account following the detentions.
In his post on his X account, Sarı stated: "The operation carried out against our Üsküdar Municipality this morning is a new example of the judicial processes consecutively conducted against Republican People's Party municipalities in recent times. It is essential that judicial processes be carried out in accordance with the principle of the rule of law, away from political debates, by observing the presumption of innocence, and by taking trial without arrest as the basis. We will continue to follow the process carefully to ensure that justice is served without delay and that the truth is revealed in its entirety." he said.

It is essential that judicial processes be carried out in accordance with the principle of the rule of law, away from political debates, by observing the presumption of innocence...
However, it was noted that the expressions used by Sarı in this statement were largely identical to the statement he made following the operation against İzmit Municipality on July 20. Both posts included emphases on the "rule of law," "presumption of innocence," and "trial without arrest."
It was observed that the phrase "a new example" was used in the Üsküdar post, while "the latest example" was used in the İzmit post.

In both posts, Sarı used the phrase, "We will continue to follow the process carefully to ensure that justice is served without delay and that the truth is revealed in its entirety."
