A "Camptosaurus" dinosaur skeleton was offered for sale at auction at the Drouot Auction House in Paris.

The 150-million-year-old dinosaur, named "Barry," found a buyer for 986 thousand dollars.

It was stated that the skull of the dinosaur skeleton, which was discovered in the US state of Wyoming in the 2000s, was very well preserved to this day, along with 90 percent of its teeth.

Paleontologist Barry James, who gave his name to the two-meter-long dinosaur, is known as the first person to restore the skeleton.

Previously, at the Drouot Auction House, a 150-million-year-old dinosaur skeleton named "Zephyr" was sold for over approximately 713 thousand dollars in 2022, and a 66-million-year-old dinosaur named "Big John" was sold for approximately 7 million dollars in 2021.
