As of now, Whee has been made available to users in Turkey.
It has not yet been released in the US or many other countries.
OFFERS A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Whee has a structure that only allows you to share photos with your friends. Unlike Instagram, it does not allow public accounts to see your posts and offers a more personal experience.
Whee has a very simple user interface consisting of three tabs for the camera, feed, and messages.
Additionally, there is a notification button at the top similar to Instagram.
