Looking to strengthen its squad ahead of the new season, Trabzonspor has reached the final stages of the transfer for Brazilian midfielder Fabinho. The experienced player, who has parted ways with Al Ittihad, is expected to join the burgundy-blue club as a free agent.

According to information reported by 61 Saat, Fabinho is scheduled to land in Trabzon via private jet on Monday, August 24, around 12:00 PM. Following his arrival in the city, he is expected to undergo medical examinations and complete the official signing process.

It is noted that Trabzonspor has accelerated its transfer efforts in line with its championship goal for the 2026-2027 season, and the move for Fabinho is considered one of the steps that will add experience and international expertise to the midfield.
