Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı announced that Orkun Kökçü will arrive in Istanbul today. In his statement regarding the details of the transfer, President Adalı stated that the club has shaken hands with Kökçü on a 1+4 year contract. It was learned that the black-and-white club will pay Benfica a transfer fee of 25 million euros and 5 million euros in bonuses for this transfer.
