Hacıosmanoğlu speaks after the summit in Riva: 'Yasin Kol did not affect the result of the match'
The Galatasaray management presented the referee decisions in the derby to TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu with a detailed presentation; Hacıosmanoğlu stated that Yasin Kol's errors did not affect the outcome.
The Galatasaray management met with Turkish Football Federation President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu to evaluate the refereeing in the Fenerbahçe – Galatasaray derby played in the 14th week of the Süper Lig. During the meeting, attended by President Dursun Özbek and Sportif A.Ş. Deputy Chairman Abdullah Kavukcu, the decisions of the match referee Yasin Kol were brought to the agenda.
10-MINUTE REFEREE VIDEO FROM GALATASARAY
At the summit, a video of approximately 10 minutes prepared by the Galatasaray side was presented. In this video, the positions where Yasin Kol caused controversy were addressed one by one. Emphasis was placed on the claim that the decisions regarding yellow cards were unfair.
REFEREE DECISIONS DISCUSSED
It was reported that TFF President Hacıosmanoğlu partially agreed with the complaints regarding the yellow cards but stated that he did not see an error that would change the result at the end of the derby. During the meeting, Kol's previous refereeing in matches played by Galatasaray and the errors that came to the agenda in those matches were also recalled.

It was stated that Hacıosmanoğlu expressed his opinion to Dursun Özbek and Abdullah Kavukcu that Yasin Kol's management in the derby did not have an impact that would change the score of the match. It was noted that the Galatasaray executives listened to this statement and that the details of the meeting continued with mutual evaluations.
It was stated that the TFF side is considering not assigning Yasin Kol to Galatasaray matches for the remainder of the season. Furthermore, it was reported that the referee is almost certain to be rested for this week's matches.
