Referee change for Fenerbahçe - Samsunspor match
The Central Referee Board (MHK) has announced a change to the AVAR referee for the Süper Lig match between Fenerbahçe and Samsunspor taking place this evening.
An unexpected change has occurred in the Assistant Video Assistant Referee (AVAR) assignment for the Trendyol Süper Lig match between Fenerbahçe and Samsunspor. The Central Referee Board made a mandatory update to the AVAR referee staff ahead of today's match.
The statement indicated that Mustafa Savranlar, who was previously assigned to this role, has been replaced due to health issues. The statement read, "A change has been made to the AVAR (Assistant Video Assistant Referee) for the Fenerbahçe - Samsunspor match to be played today in the Trendyol Süper Lig. Due to a health problem experienced by Mustafa Savranlar, Çağdaş Altay has been appointed as the AVAR in his place."
With this, the referee staff for the match has been updated following the change of one of the officials in the VAR team due to health reasons and the appointment of a new name.
