Israeli lawmaker mocks Trump's threats against Iran
Zvika Vogel, Chairman of the National Security Committee in the Israeli Knesset and a member of the Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) party, has mocked US President Donald Trump for making threatening statements against Iran despite the ongoing ceasefire.
In a post on the X social media platform regarding the matter, Vogel mocked the US President's statements by saying, "Donald Trump, if you're going to shoot, shoot, don't talk."
Lawmaker Vogel also added a sarcastic duck emoji, referencing Trump's statements and his repeated threats against Iran despite the continuation of the ceasefire.
In a post on his social media account yesterday, US President Donald Trump stated that following negotiations with Iran, Iran had not abandoned its nuclear goals and that "the US Navy will begin the process of blockading all ships attempting to enter or exit the Strait of Hormuz."
