Missile attack from Yemen to Israel
The Israeli military announced that a missile launched from Yemen, which triggered sirens in various parts of the country, was intercepted by the air force.
As the echoes of the military tension between Iran and Israel continue, another retaliation has come from Yemen to Israel.
In a statement made by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), it was reported that sirens sounded in many regions of the country due to a missile launched from Yemen.
It was stated that the missile was neutralized by the Israeli Air Force (IAF).
HOUTHIS CLAIM RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ATTACK
Yahya Saree, the military spokesperson for the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen, claimed responsibility for the attack on Israel, alleging that Ben Gurion Airport was targeted with a "hypersonic ballistic missile."
Furthermore, stating that drone attacks were carried out on 3 different regions of Israel, Saree declared, "Our operation achieved its goal, causing millions of people to flee to shelters and leading to the suspension of airport operations."
