"Israel woke up to a difficult morning today, with more than 2,000 rockets fired at its major cities, and Hamas terrorists infiltrating communities in southern Israel in a long-planned, treacherous attack, opening fire on families heading to Shabbat services. Israel will take all necessary measures to protect its citizens against this evil terrorism and will respond with force."
