Turkish Airlines resumes flights to Afghanistan
Turkish Airlines (THY) will resume flights to Afghanistan, which were suspended following the US withdrawal from the country in 2021, starting from May 21.
THY's Istanbul-Kabul flights will operate as 4 round-trip flights per week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Like many other airlines, THY had suspended its flights to Afghanistan due to the events that occurred during the regime change process in the country.
