In order to align the repayment maturity structure of our company's loans with banks with the cash flow generated from our operations, a Financial Restructuring application was made to financial institutions on 27.10.2026 within the framework of the relevant legislation.
Following the application, the company did not share additional details regarding the schedule of negotiations to be held with banks, the amount of debt, or potential agreement terms. The outcome of the process will depend on the negotiations to be conducted with financial institutions and the terms upon which the parties agree.
The ceramics sector is among the areas closely linked to developments in construction activities and the housing market. The slowdown in the construction sector and the weakening in demand can create pressure on the sales and cash flows of building materials manufacturers.
