We are in trouble: Those who don't believe should look at the maps

I will attempt to explain the trap set for Turkey in a simple way, accompanied by maps, without going too far back. We are experiencing a multi-institutional collapse and decay in every field you can think of within state institutions, from education to health, and from law to public order. The state has turned into a party-state where religious sects are partners. 

The values that bind us together in the social structure have deteriorated over the last 23 years, initially at a slow pace and later with increasing speed. Consider the government's speeches that strain society and raise tensions at every opportunity, including holiday celebrations. Put aside the immorality of TV channels supported by corporate advertising, their series that normalize intrigue and violence, and the subconscious operation to collapse social morality through these series. I hadn't heard it before, but I recently came across a saying on social media. "If you learn your religion from a fox, you will see it as your right to steal someone else's chicken." it said. Ignorance, robbery, and theft have become skills. 

Take into account an economic structure that has broken away from production, especially in agriculture, has lost its competitive power, is based on foreign debt, and is trying to survive by paying higher interest on hot money every day, sinking deeper into the quagmire.  

On top of these, add the Syrians, Afghans, Africans, and refugees whose exact numbers we do not know but are said to be around at least 10 million. Do not forget that the government managing Turkey, by opening its doors to Syrian refugees, has essentially allocated land for the establishment of a Kurdish Autonomous Region or a Kurdish State in northern Syria. Also, put aside the separatist PKK terrorism, which has been a plague for years, cost at least 50,000 lives, and has a bill (cost + opportunity costs) of at least 500 billion dollars in economic terms.  

It is no longer a secret that the borders of 22 countries will change within the scope of the Greater Middle East Project of US imperialism, and that Turkey is among them. Iraq was handled at the beginning of the 2000s, followed by Syria. A new stage has been reached for an autonomous or independent Kurdish State within the scope of the GMEP. Can't the Kurds establish a new state? Let them establish it, but if they are demanding land from the Republic of Turkey to do so, then it is impossible to speak of a Turkey without terror or of peace.  

I have written this in several places before and explained it on television. Let me remind you:

“In its dissolution declaration, the PKK directly targets the Treaty of Lausanne, which ensured the establishment of the Republic of Turkey. It is laying the groundwork for the new Treaty of Sèvres map, which is known as part of the Greater Middle East Project (BOP). By stating that the Republic of Turkey has committed genocide against the Kurds since its inception, it attempts to legitimize terrorism with these justifications. If you ignore these nonsensical ravings that deny Lausanne and declare the Republic of Turkey genocidal against the Kurds, and then say, 'The place to discuss the Kurdish Issue and a Turkey without terrorism is the Parliament,' then... You are not opening a discussion on an artificial issue called the Kurdish question, but rather opening the War of Independence, Lausanne, and the very existence of the Republic of Turkey to debate in the Parliament, which is not an ordinary place. In these discussions, the international community does not make decisions by looking at history or who is right. It will make decisions according to the interests of imperialism.”

The state is being dismantled under the one-man regime, and they are in the midst of claims and preparations to establish a new state in its place. They speak of a 'Founding Constitution' with flowery phrases like a Turkey without terrorism and a democratic constitution. In the words of Devlet Bahçeli, one of the Founding Leaders is Abdullah Öcalan...

It happened during the holiday rush. The statements made by U.S. Ambassador to Ankara Tom Barrack on NTV are not the kind of remarks that can be swallowed or accepted. The Ambassador revealed the plan in the U.S.'s mind. Under normal circumstances, he should have been declared persona non grata and expelled. No one in the state administration uttered a peep. U.S. Ambassador Tom Barrack says that the rights of the Kurds were not granted by the Sykes-Picot (1916) agreement and the Treaty of Lausanne (1923), and he implies that it is time to correct this mistake. In the section served to the press, the statement regarding Lausanne was removed, leaving only Sykes-Picot. Let us explain the Sykes-Picot agreement with a map so that the intentions of the U.S. and the BOP become clearly apparent. 

SYKES-PICOT AGREEMENT

The Sykes-Picot Agreement was signed with Britain and France between May 8 and May 16, 1916, and subsequently approved by Russia and Italy. The purpose of the agreement was the partitioning of the 'Sick Man' Ottoman Empire. According to this, the Northern Anatolia region was to be left to Russia as the Armenia region, the Mediterranean region of Anatolia to Italy, the Southeastern region and Syria to France, and the Iraq region to Britain. When the Soviet Revolution occurred in 1917, Trotsky exposed this agreement. Naturally, Tsarist Russia fell out of the agreement. Even before Sèvres, during World War I, the Italians had seized the Mediterranean, the French had seized Southeastern Anatolia and Syria, and the British had seized Iraq and the Persian Gulf. 

In Sykes-Picot, no promises were made to the Kurds. The region was left to the French. That is the injustice the U.S. Ambassador is referring to. There is a plan to bring that map back to the agenda and, this time, give those regions not to the French, but to a Kurdistan under U.S.-Israeli control. In any case, the Greater Middle East Project (BOP) map is also a version of Sèvres shaped according to today's balances.

Now, U.S. Ambassador to Ankara Tom Barrack is reminding us of this map quite openly and without any shame on the Turkish television channel NTV. 

I don't know if I missed it. The AKP-MHP-DEM are part of this plan. The CHP says, 'We will not discuss the constitution, but we will discuss a Turkey without terrorism in parliament.' Outside of parliament, I haven't heard a strong objection from anyone other than the IYI Party in parliament, Doğru Party Chairman Rifat Serdaroğlu, Memleket Party Chairman Muharrem İnce, AP Chairman Vecdet Öz, Atatürkist Thought Association Chairman Hüsnü Bozkurt, Atatürkist intellectuals, and a few journalist friends. I think we need a strong social opposition outside of parliament. 

THE TREATY OF SÈVRES MAP (August 10, 1920)

Imposed by the Allied Powers following the Ottoman Empire's defeat in World War I, this treaty was signed under the instructions of the last Ottoman Sultan, Vahdeddin. The map envisions an Armenia in Eastern Anatolia and French sovereignty in the Southeast. Although no border was drawn for the Kurds in the treaty, it included provisions for autonomy in regions where Kurds lived in high concentrations and for a referendum to be held for an independent Kurdistan. It was decided that the Aegean coast would be given to Greece and that significant parts of Anatolia would be divided between Italy and France. The TBMM (Grand National Assembly of Turkey) government, led by Gazi Mustafa Kemal Pasha, declared that it did not recognize this treaty. 

THE TREATY OF LAUSANNE MAP (July 24, 1923)

With the War of Independence, the Sykes-Picot map, which inspired the Sèvres map, and the Sèvres map itself were torn up and discarded, and the map of the independent Republic of Turkey was drawn at Lausanne. Later, Hatay was also included here. The Lausanne negotiations began on November 11, 1922, after the victory in the War of Independence. The negotiations were paused in February 1923 and signed on July 24, 1923. It is the founding document and title deed of the Republic of Turkey. It not only defined the borders but also ensured the termination of the capitulations granted by the Ottoman Dynasty to imperialist states and saved the new Republic of Turkey from becoming a colony. In the Greater Middle East Project (BOP) map of imperialism, not only Turkey but also the borders of Middle Eastern and North African countries are targeted.  

THE GREATER MIDDLE EAST PROJECT (BOP) MAP

It began to be circulated with the end of the Cold War. Even in NATO meetings, maps published in NATO's semi-official publications were shown to Turkish officers. It is the modern version of Sèvres. Its main actors are the USA, Israel, and the UK. It aims to change the borders of 22 countries in the Middle East. Its goals in Turkey are to carve out territory for Kurdistan and Armenia. The map is constantly updated according to the conditions of the day. After the overthrow of Assad in Syria, the envisioned Kurdistan map is intended to include Hatay and northern Syria, providing access to the Mediterranean, and to expand Israel's presence in Syrian territory. The conflict between Iran and Azerbaijan is also expected to affect Turkey. 

These maps and the imperial plan that has lasted for more than a century show that if the citizens of the Republic of Turkey do not care about the principles of its founder and savior Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, if they drift away from the spirit of freedom and independence, and if they follow superstitions instead of science, then both misery and poverty, as well as fragmentation and captivity, are inevitable.
