A change has been made to the jury for the National Feature Film Competition at the 63rd International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival. Musician Rahman Altın, who was among the jury members, will be unable to continue his duties due to personal health issues.
Gökhan Kırdar, known for his work as a songwriter, composer, arranger, and producer, has taken over as a jury member in Altın's place. Kırdar first made a name for himself in 1991 with the White Pigeon Competition, where he participated with the song "Karanlığın Gizi," for which he wrote both the lyrics and the music.

Reaching a wide audience in the 1990s with his song "Yerine Sevemem," Kırdar also produced notable work in his music career with his composition for the Atıf Yılmaz film "Gece, Melek ve Bizim Çocuklar," which shares the same name, and tracks such as "Tutunamadım."
With his 1997 album "Trip," Kırdar became one of the first artists to experiment with the trip-hop genre in Turkey. The artist, who founded the music company Loopus in the same year, also became widely known for his scores for television series such as "Kurtlar Vadisi," "Haziran Gecesi," and "Yabancı Damat."
The artist's albums "Ethnotronix," "Keyf/Pleasure," and "Tüür- Yağmur Duası" stood out for their work combining electronic, ethnic, and rock elements. Kırdar's composition "Cendere," written for "Kurtlar Vadisi," returned to the spotlight in 2024 after being played by DJ Mahmut Orhan at the Burning Man festival.
