9 released in IMM case
The Istanbul 40th High Criminal Court announced its interim decision on the 41st day of the IMM case, which involves 414 defendants. The court panel ruled for the release of a total of 9 detained defendants, adding 4 more names to the 5 for whom the prosecutor had requested release.

The hearing prosecutor presented his opinion regarding the releases. The opinion requested the release of Iraz Bayrak, Orhan Gazi Erdoğan, Mustafa Keleş, Engin Ulusoy, and Gökhan Köseoğlu.
9 DEFENDANTS RELEASED
Following the prosecutor's opinion, the court issued a release order for Iraz Bayrak, Orhan Gazi Erdoğan, Engin Ulusoy, Mustafa Keleş, Gökhan Köseoğlu, Seza Büyükçulha, Ahmet Şahin, Cevat Kaya, and Hakan Aplak. It was stated that the next detention review will be held on June 18.
