Within the scope of the investigation, the assets of the detained Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek, as well as those of his son Mustafa Gökhan Böcek and his daughter-in-law Zuhal Böcek, have been seized.
In a statement issued by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, which is conducting the investigation, it was stated: "The assets belonging to Muhittin Böcek, Mustafa Gökhan Böcek, Zuhal Böcek, and Aslan Muhittin Böcek have been seized in order to prevent the concealment of proceeds assessed to have been obtained through the crimes of bribery, extortion, and money laundering."
