Criminal complaint filed against Netanyahu
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has forwarded the criminal complaint against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the Ministry of Justice.
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has forwarded the application requesting that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu be tried for genocide at the International Criminal Court to the Ministry of Justice.
GENOCIDE CRIME
In the petition submitted to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to be forwarded to the International Criminal Court, Külünk, Birinci, and Bekiroğlu stated that Netanyahu, whose trial is requested, has committed crimes such as "war," "genocide," and "crimes against humanity" before the eyes of the entire world.
''CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY ARE BEING COMMITTED''
The petition, which describes how Netanyahu is massacring all people living in Gaza—babies, children, women, and civilians alike—in order to turn the imaginary map of the Zionist structure into reality, noted the following:
"The person who is the subject of our application and request, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, does not hesitate to use weapons prohibited under international law while committing the alleged crimes. The crimes committed are being carried out in a way that humanity should not turn a blind eye to, as undeniably and fearlessly as the drops flowing from the tear ducts of every person with a conscience."
The petition, which states that Netanyahu and those acting with him should be tried by the International Criminal Court within the framework of international criminal norms, included the following statements: "This is essential for humanity's trust in the law and to prevent the perception of impunity. Otherwise, remaining silent about all these events will damage humanity's faith in the law and cast a shadow over the impartiality of the International Criminal Court."
