Hearing to be held on objection to appointment of Gürsel Tekin as trustee in place of Özgür Çelik
The case regarding the objection filed by CHP Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik and CHP lawyers against the appointment of a trustee to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Board will be heard on September 26.
The Istanbul 45th Civil Court of First Instance evaluated the objections made regarding its interim decisions dated September 2, 2025, which included the dismissal of the CHP Istanbul Provincial administration and the appointment of a trustee to the board under the name of "preliminary injunction."
The objections filed by CHP lawyers regarding the removal of CHP Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik and his administration from office by court order and the appointment of Gürsel Tekin as trustee in his place will be heard on September 26.
The CHP had filed an objection regarding the interim decisions of the 45th Civil Court of First Instance dated September 2, 2025, which included the preliminary injunction.
As a result of its evaluation, the court had decided that all of the CHP's objections regarding the 'preliminary injunction' decision would be heard in a hearing.
This hearing at the Istanbul 45th Civil Court of First Instance will be held tomorrow.
