Kılıçdaroğlu calls for 'no time to lose' following SDF dissolution! Posts in Turkish, Kurdish, and Arabic
In his assessment of the terrorist organization SDF's self-dissolution, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu stated, "These developments present an important opportunity for Turkey as well. We must completely remove the Kurdish issue from the shadow of weapons and conflict and resolve it under the roof of democratic politics, law, and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey."
Mazlum Abdi, the ringleader of the terrorist organization SDF, announced that the SDF has dissolved itself and has been fully integrated into Syrian state institutions.
Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was brought to the CHP chairmanship following a decision of absolute nullity, made assessments regarding the SDF's dissolution decision.
In a statement on his social media account, Kılıçdaroğlu stated that he finds the developments positive in terms of ensuring lasting peace and stability in Syria, noting that the process is also important for the security of Turkey and the region.
I welcome the steps taken on the path to lasting peace and stability in Syria.

Developments regarding the integration of the SDF's armed structures into the Syrian state are of great importance not only for the future of Syria but also for the peace and security of our region…
Kılıçdaroğlu stated that a democratic structure in Syria where the fundamental rights and freedoms of Kurds are guaranteed and all groups live together on the basis of equal citizenship is also in Turkey's interest.
Drawing attention to the importance of regional cooperation for lasting peace in the Middle East, Kılıçdaroğlu recalled that he had previously proposed the establishment of a regional peace and cooperation structure led by Turkey, Iran, Iraq, and Syria. Arguing that such a structure must be based on the common will of the countries in the region, Kılıçdaroğlu expressed that Turkey could become a pioneer of regional peace by strengthening peace and democracy within its own borders.
"We must not lose time. Turkey should not be a party to wars in the Middle East, but a founding power of peace. The common future of Turks, Kurds, and Arabs lies in peace," said Kılıçdaroğlu, ending his post with the phrase "Long live the brotherhood of peoples" in Turkish, Kurdish, and Arabic.
Kılıçdaroğlu's statement is as follows:
"I welcome the steps taken on the path to lasting peace and stability in Syria.
Developments regarding the integration of the SDF's armed structures into the Syrian state are of great importance not only for the future of Syria but also for the peace and security of our region.
A democratic Syria that preserves its territorial integrity, where the identities, fundamental rights, and freedoms of Syrian Kurds are guaranteed, and where all ethnic and religious groups can live together on the basis of equal citizenship, is in the interest of both Turkey and the peoples of the region.
These developments present an important opportunity for Turkey as well.
We must completely remove the Kurdish issue from the shadow of weapons and conflict and resolve it under the roof of democratic politics, law, and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
I sincerely hope that the process carried out in Turkey will result in the complete laying down of arms, the end of terrorism, the strengthening of our democracy, and the further consolidation of the historical brotherhood between Turks and Kurds.
Turkey strengthening its internal peace will be a very important guarantee not only for our country but also for the peace and stability of the Middle East.
Years ago, with this understanding, I proposed the Middle East Peace and Cooperation Organization, or OBİT.
I still believe today that a peace and cooperation structure to be established under the leadership of Turkey, Iran, Iraq, and Syria, which would eventually encompass other countries in the region, is a historical necessity for the future of the Middle East.
Because the fate of the Middle East should not be determined by the interest calculations of other countries, but by the common will of the peoples living in this geography.
To the extent that Turkey strengthens peace, democracy, and brotherhood within itself, it can also be a pioneer of peace in its region.
It is possible to ensure lasting stability in Syria, to stop the bloodshed and tears in Palestine, to end the attacks on Iran, and for our region to become a geography of diplomacy, cooperation, and shared prosperity rather than new wars.
The way to this is not through more conflict, but through more dialogue, diplomacy, and regional cooperation.
We must not lose time.
Turkey should not be a party to wars in the Middle East, but a founding power of peace.
The common future of Turks, Kurds, and Arabs lies in peace.
Long live the brotherhood of peoples!
