New development in fund investigation: 5 luxury villas seized

As part of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 5 luxury villas determined to belong to Pusula Portfolio Chairman of the Board Muhammed Yarız and Pusula Portfolio manager Serdar Turhan, but registered under the names of third parties, have been seized.

It was reported that the total market value of the villas is approximately 1.2 billion TL.

The fund crisis investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office is ongoing.

Examinations carried out within the scope of the investigation determined that the villas in question belonged to Yarız and Turhan but were registered under the names of third parties. A decision was made to seize the villas.

Previously, two private jets determined to belong to Muhammed Yarız and Tera Investment Holding Chairman of the Board Emre Tezmen had also been seized as part of the investigation.

It was announced that the Bombardier BD-700-1A11 with tail number TC-YRZ and the Bombardier Learjet 60 type private jet with tail number TC-TRA had been seized.

Serdar Turhan's yacht was also seized

Furthermore, as part of the investigation, a 2026 model luxury yacht named "LORETA," determined to belong to Pusula boss Serdar Turhan, had also been seized.

The total market value of the two seized private jets and the luxury yacht is estimated to be approximately 1 billion 8 million TL.
