"This morning, as we commemorate the 86th anniversary of the passing of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk with longing and mercy, we remember with great pride not only that he was the commander-in-chief of our nation, but also the radical changes he made in every field of society as a great revolutionary. 

While Mustafa Kemal Atatürk carried our country toward bright tomorrows by crowning his heroism on the battlefields with social and cultural revolutions, he gifted our nation the words 'Sovereignty belongs unconditionally to the nation' not just as a political principle, but as a way of life.

"Independence is a nation's struggle for existence." Atatürk became the greatest symbol of this struggle and inspired the Turkish nation on the path to independence, freedom, and modernity. 

May our existence be a gift to his principles and revolutions, the achievements of the Republic, and his glorious memory…
