Odor panic at school: Approximately 17 students transferred to hospital
In a primary school located in the Dulkadiroğlu district of Kahramanmaraş, approximately 17 students were transferred to hospitals due to suspected poisoning caused by an unidentified odor that spread through the school.

The Provincial Directorate of National Education stated in a statement, "Around 12:00 PM, at the Gazipaşa school in our Dulkadiroğlu districtAtatürk Primary School building, Kahramanmaraş Middle School students were on breakwhen an odor, the source ofwhich has notyet been determined, was detectedFollowing this, as a precautionarymeasure,allstudents were quickly directed to the assembly areaandthe building was evacuated.
Following the incident, medical teams, police, AFAD, fire department, and relevant agencies arrived in a shortconducted the necessary inspections at the school,and no evidence that could cause poisoning was found in the building. Students suspected of being affectedby the odorwere transferred to healthcare facilities following an initial assessment by UMKE teams. No negative findings were encountered during the examinations conducted at the hospitals, and thestudentsareunder observation.are being kept under observation. Mustafa Yıldız, the father of one of the students, Rabia Nur Yıldız, said, "There was a problem at the main entrance of the school and approximately 15 students were affected. We learned about it. We came to the hospital emergency room. Officials had arrived at the school and started an investigation. They say it is not natural gas poisoning. Our children are being given steam and oxygen. We expect the necessary investigations to be carried out to find out who is responsible for this," they said.
