Release decision for Ahmet Özer
A release decision has been issued for CHP Esenyurt Mayor Ahmet Özer.
An indictment was prepared on October 20 within the scope of the Aziz İhsan Criminal Organization file. The 1st High Criminal Court has prepared the preliminary report.
The defendants will appear before the judge for the first time on January 27, 2026.
