Two separate investigations opened into BİM

The statement included the following: "The opening of an investigation by the Competition Authority cannot be interpreted as the companies subject to the investigation having violated the law or facing criminal sanctions; developments regarding the matter will be shared with the public."
The following statement was made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş (BIMAS):
"We have been notified that the Competition Authority has opened two investigations into various retail companies, including our Company, and their suppliers.
The opening of an investigation by the Competition Authority cannot be interpreted as the companies subject to the investigation having violated the law or facing or being likely to face criminal sanctions; developments regarding the matter will be shared with the public in accordance with capital market legislation."
