Dollar/TL starts the last trading day of the week with a limited rise

Limited movements stood out in the foreign exchange markets on the fifth trading day of the week. As of 09:30 on Friday, September 11, 2026, the dollar is being bought at 48.6007 TL and sold at 48.6061 TL in the free market.

The Dollar/TL pair started the day with a 0.10 percent increase compared to yesterday. A limited decline was observed in Euro/TL; the euro traded at 56.4780 TL for buying and 56.4909 TL for selling. The daily change in the euro was recorded as minus 0.05 percent.

On the British pound/TL side, the selling price was 65.6998 TL. The buying price of the pound was at the 65.6703 TL level.

On the previous trading day, the dollar saw a high of 48.5595 TL and a low of 48.4633 TL, closing the day at 48.5558 TL. The euro, after moving in the range of 56.3534 TL to 56.5902 TL yesterday, stood at the 56.5149 TL level at the close.

Looking at monthly and annual performances, the dollar has gained 0.65 percent in value, increasing by 0.31 TL since the first day of September. Compared to the 43.0312 TL level at the beginning of the year, the increase has reached 5.57 TL, or 12.95 percent.

The euro has gained 0.86 percent in value, rising by 0.48 TL since the beginning of September. Compared to the 50.4706 TL level at the beginning of the year, the increase is 6.02 TL, and the annual value gain is calculated as 11.92 percent.

The British pound has also risen by 0.71 percent, with an increase of 0.46 TL since the beginning of the month. Compared to the 57.9551 TL level at the beginning of the year, the increase in the pound has reached 7.83 TL, or 13.50 percent.
