Natural gas prices have risen! Here are the increased tariffs
With the decision of the EMRA, significant hikes have been applied to natural gas connection and service fees, which will be effective starting from 2025. According to the new tariffs, the increase rates vary between 43.65 percent and 77.96 percent.
The Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) has announced new hike rates regarding natural gas connection and service fees. In accordance with the decision published in the Official Gazette, the new tariffs to be applied in 2025 have been increased at rates ranging from 43.65 percent to 77.96 percent. This increase will be effective for all services, primarily subscription and security deposit fees.
DETAILS OF THE NEW INCREASED TARIFFS
The increased tariffs for the 2025 natural gas connection and service fees announced by EMRA are as follows:
Subscriber connection fee: 6,154 TL (77.96 percent)
Additional subscriber connection fee: 5,353 TL/100m² (77.95 percent)
Connection inspection and approval fee: First 100 meters: 3,471 TL (47.07 percent)
Additional 1 meter: 22 TL (46.66 percent)
Security deposit fees: Combi boiler: 3,035 TL/unit (45.42 percent)
Stove: 2,673 TL/residence (45.66 percent)
Central system: 2,673 TL/BBS (45.66 percent)
Stove (cooktop): 181 TL (43.65 percent)
Water heater: 362 TL (43.65 percent)
Prepaid meter replacement fee: 1,630 TL (47.11 percent)
Meter connection-disconnection fee: 157 TL (46.72 percent)
Service box removal fee: 1,384 TL (47.07 percent).
Installation fees according to meter types
Internal installation processing fees according to natural gas meter types have also been increased:
G4, G6: 277 TL/unit (47.34 percent)
G10, G16, G25: 519 TL/unit (47.02 percent)
G40, G65, G100: 1,031 TL/unit (47.07 percent)
G160, G250, G400: 1,572 TL/unit (47.05 percent)
Larger than G400: 2,118 TL/unit (47.08 percent)
Column line: 277 TL/project (47.34 percent)
Preliminary project: 92 TL/project (46.03 percent).
