Payments continue in liquidated funds

The Presidential Directorate of Communications has shared the latest updated data regarding investment funds in the process of liquidation. According to the official statement, as of October 30, 2026, a total of 97.3 billion lira has been paid to 247,839 investors across 100 funds subject to ordinary and extraordinary liquidation.

It was stated that assessments regarding the process were made at the Ninth Fund Coordination Board Meeting, held under the chairmanship of the Vice President. Following the meeting, which was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and relevant institutions, it was announced that interim payments for funds subject to extraordinary liquidation have begun to be transferred to investors' accounts. While 29.3 billion lira was paid to investors in funds created solely by Atlas, Pusula, and Tera Portfolio Management Companies, 68 billion lira in payments were made for the 93 funds in the ordinary liquidation process managed by A1 Capital, Bulls, Pardus, and Hedef Portfolio.

THOSE WHO GAINED UNFAIR PROFITS ARE EXCLUDED

It was emphasized that within the scope of the liquidation proceedings, the principal amounts of 178,537 unique investors have been covered so far, with approximately 76 billion lira paid to these individuals in cash and in kind. On the other hand, it was stated that as a result of audits conducted by authorized institutions, investors found to have obtained unfair and exorbitant profits have been excluded from this interim payment practice.

The statement included information that the interim payments, carried out under the coordination of authorized institutions, will continue uninterrupted throughout this week. It was noted that priority in payments will be given to money market funds, that the process will proceed gradually starting from investors with the lowest fund participation shares, and that the goal is for the maximum possible number of people to receive payments.
