Seizure proceedings were initiated in the morning hours at Tera Yatırım and Tera Portföy, which were placed under trusteeship. According to a report by Nefes, enforcement officers and lawyers worked to identify assets in the office as part of a 66 million lira enforcement proceeding.
It was reported that tension arose in the office during the procedure due to objections from the management unit. The seizure process continued with the identification of assets.

PHONE CALL WITH CMB OFFICIALS
It was stated that a phone call was also made with officials from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) during the seizure process. Following the call, it was expressed that the seizure of the assets was deemed appropriate based on the evaluation of the parties.
As the process continued, it was reported that the Vice Chairman of the CMB also called by phone, requesting that the seizure be carried out but that not all assets be removed. Following this conversation, the identification procedures in the office continued.

It was alleged that lawyer Sena Tuhan and the enforcement officers were met with the words from an administrative unit official: “You will come face to face with the CMB and you will have a headache. You will be the ones dealing with it.”
The process regarding some portfolio management companies, including Tera Portföy, had come to the agenda with the liquidation decision taken by the CMB on September 17. The Board had taken a liquidation decision for 131 investment funds belonging to seven portfolio management companies; it was stated that some of the funds had defaulted.
It was announced that the funds closed to trading belonged to the companies TERA, PUSULA, HEDEF, ATLAS, A1, PARDUS, and BULLS PORTFÖY, and that the liquidation process would be carried out by İş Bankası and Ziraat Bankası. Following the sixth Fund Board Meeting held on October 18, it was announced that the number of funds in the liquidation process had decreased from 131 to 65.
