Trump's June stock transactions revealed: Millions of dollars in trades

It has been reported that U.S. President Donald Trump conducted over a thousand stock and exchange-traded fund (ETF) transactions in June. According to the disclosure published by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, the total value of these transactions ranges between 78.1 million dollars and 263.1 million dollars.

The disclosure provided ranges rather than exact amounts for the transactions. The largest transaction was the sale of between 5 million and 25 million dollars in shares of a Vanguard exchange-traded fund on June 22.

Palantir shares also drew attention among the June transactions. According to the disclosure, Trump purchased between 1,001 and 15,000 dollars in shares of the software company on June 3. Subsequently, he sold between 15,001 and 50,000 dollars in Palantir shares on June 16, and between 500,000 and 1 million dollars on June 18.

The disclosure also included information that stock purchases were made again on June 23 and 24, following a peace agreement reached between the U.S. and Iran on June 14. It was noted that Trump purchased between 1 million and 5 million dollars in Berkshire Hathaway shares on June 18, and made a smaller sale on June 24.

Transactions were also made in Meta shares during the same period. It was recorded that Trump sold between 1 million and 5 million dollars in Meta shares on June 18, and made purchases in smaller amounts later in the month. Coinbase, Visa, and Home Depot were also among the other companies reflected in the disclosure.

STATEMENT FROM THE WHITE HOUSE

It was reported that Trump conducted over 21 thousand stock transactions in 2025, with the total value of these transactions ranging between 600 million dollars and 1.86 billion dollars. Records also show that in some periods, the same security was both bought and sold on the same day.

The White House, however, maintains that the investments are managed independently and that there is no conflict of interest. Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, had previously stated that the assets were held in a "blind trust."

White House spokesperson Davis Ingle stated that all assets are held in discretionary accounts and that investments are made through computer-based model portfolios that track indices such as the Schwab 1000. Ingle expressed that neither Trump nor any member of his family has the authority to direct, influence, or provide input on portfolio decisions; the decisions are made entirely by independent managers.
