Summer has arrived in the Mediterranean: Antalya residents flock to the beaches
Those overwhelmed by the hot weather and humidity in Antalya spent time on the beaches. Due to the humidity, the mountains surrounding the city became difficult to see.
According to data from the Antalya Meteorology 4th Regional Directorate, the air temperature in the city was recorded at 28 degrees, with a humidity rate of 68 percent.
Antalya residents and tourists, overwhelmed by the heat and humidity, went into the sea at the Konyaaltı and Sarısu beaches.
While some citizens swam in the sea, went diving, or paddleboarding, others preferred to sunbathe or watch the sea from the shade.
Clouds formed due to the humidity made it difficult to see the mountains surrounding the city.
