Arrest request for 3 suspects in Kaşif Kozinoğlu investigation
Three of the 9 suspects detained in the investigation into the death of former MİT official Kaşif Kozinoğlu have been referred to the court with a request for their arrest.
A new development has occurred in the investigation into the death of former MİT official Kaşif Kozinoğlu. The statements of the 9 suspects, who were detained and brought to the courthouse as part of the second wave of operations within the scope of the investigation, have been completed at the prosecutor's office.
Following the statement procedures, journalist Selahattin Günday and emergency medical technicians Özlem Uslu and Emre Atmaca were referred to the Duty Criminal Court of Peace with a request for their arrest.
