It has been reported that the asset seizure orders on Astor Enerji AŞ partners Enver Geçgel and Feridun Geçgel have been lifted as part of the fund investigations conducted into transactions in the capital markets in Istanbul.

In the assessment made in the investigation file, it was stated that the re-evaluation of evidence, notifications from the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF), the scope of capital shares, and the limits of corporate authority regarding the actions subject to the investigation were taken into account.

In the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office letter, it was stated, "An obligation has been imposed to establish a notification procedure for any extraordinary changes in the assets of the natural persons and companies liable for property within the scope of the investigation, and to obtain the opinion of our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to prevent collusive transactions."

Furthermore, it was stated that Enver Geçgel and Feridun Geçgel made a payment of 5 billion lira to the TMSF's voluntary restitution account. The payment in question came to the agenda along with new decisions taken during the investigation process.
